1994年11月,我县农村木工张某,在整修“台式木工多用途机床”(下文简称电刨)拖动电动机破裂的接线盒时触电身亡。笔者闻迅赶赴现场,当时电刨两爪单相电源插头未拔掉,倒顺开关手柄放在中间“停”的位置,测量电动机接线桩头V_1、V_2却有约220伏的电压。此电从何而来?经摇表测量,在排除了倒顺开关老化绝缘击穿漏电的疑点后,阅图即知,事故出于接线毛病。 附图中,倒顺开关接线桩头3与5之间的虚线是电刨制造厂家,在装配接线时另加焊的一根连接线。为了便于了解单相电容起动电动机内部结构原理,在接线盒图中
