目的 探讨复发或难治性白血病细胞增殖状况与多药耐药基因产物P -糖蛋白的表达对化疗的影响。方法 应用流式细胞术对 15例复发或难治性白血病骨髓单个核细胞进行DNA含量和P -糖蛋白 (P -gp)测定 ,以 10例缺铁性贫血、原发性血小板减少性紫癜作为对照。结果 复发或难治疗性白血病细胞G0 /G1期比例低于对照组 ,S -G2 M期比例高于对照组。P -gp测定均为阴性。化疗完全缓解率 3 0 %。结论 复发或难治性白血病细胞多处于增殖期 ,再生性耐药可能在其预后不良中起着重要的作用
Objective To investigate the effects of chemotherapy on the proliferation of refractory leukemia cells and the expression of P-glycoprotein, a multidrug resistance gene product. Methods DNA content and P-glycoprotein (P-gp) were measured in 15 cases of recurrent or refractory leukemia bone marrow mononuclear cells by flow cytometry. Ten cases of iron deficiency anemia and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura Control. Results The proportion of G0 / G1 phase of relapsed or refractory leukemia cells was lower than that of the control group, and the proportion of S-G2 M phase was higher than that of the control group. P-gp determination was negative. Chemotherapy complete remission rate 30%. Conclusion Recurrence or refractory leukemia cells are mostly in the proliferative phase, and regenerative drug resistance may play an important role in its poor prognosis
