目的对晚期胰腺癌患者治疗中应用高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗的近期效果进行分析。方法选取晚期胰腺癌患者48例,均采取HIFU展开治疗,对治疗效果、疼痛程度及肿瘤体积改变情况进行分析。结果 48例患者治疗总有效率为54.17%,治疗后VAS评分显著低于治疗前,且肿瘤体积有明显减小。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗晚期胰腺癌具有显著疗效,可促使患者肿瘤体积明显缩小,有效缓解患者疼痛,安全可靠,值得在临床中推广。 Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy in the treatment of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods Forty-eight patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were selected and treated with HIFU. The therapeutic effect, degree of pain, and the changes of tumor volume were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of 48 patients was 54.17%. After treatment, VAS score was significantly lower than before treatment, and the tumor volume was significantly reduced. Conclusion High-intensity focused ultrasound treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer has a significant effect, can promote the patient’s tumor volume was significantly reduced, effectively relieve pain in patients, safe and reliable, it is worth in the clinic.
