目的:建立了气相色谱-质谱法同时测定脱水洋葱中11种农药残留的分析方法。方法:本方法采用乙腈加磷酸缓冲溶液提取,盐析,过胺基炭黑复合柱净化、采用DB1701P毛细管柱和气相色谱质谱检测器测定,外标法定量。结果:乙腈加磷酸缓冲盐提取,过胺基炭黑复合柱净化能够降低基质增强效应,回收率符合2002/657/EG中70-110%的规定。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速、准确,灵敏,各项技术指标均满足农药残留检测的要求,适合洋葱制品及其具有复杂基质蔬菜、水果中部分农药残留量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 11 pesticide residues in dehydrated onion by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: The method was extracted with acetonitrile and phosphate buffered saline, salted out, and purified with a carbon black composite column. The residue was determined by DB1701P capillary column and gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Results: Acetonitrile plus phosphate-buffered saline extraction and the purification with a-amine-carbon composite column can reduce the matrix enhancement effect. The recovery rate accords with 70-110% in 2002/657 / EG. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. All the technical indexes meet the requirements of pesticide residues detection. It is suitable for the determination of some pesticide residues in onion products and vegetables with complex matrix and fruits.
