A system for calibrating a low temperature pressure sensor in a laboratory is introduced. The device uses a liquid nitrogen as a cooling source and provides a calibration with a temperature of 79-150K and a temperature control accuracy of no more than ± 2K surroundings. The system flow of the calibration device and the design principle are described in detail and introduced.
