翻译教学法是用母语翻译教授外语书面语的一种传统外语教学法。目前,在高考改革的大背景下,用听说法、交际法代替翻译教学法的呼声愈加强烈。本文通过对翻译教学法的特点、英语语言学习特点以及高中生英语能力现状的分析,得出翻译教学法不仅在高中英语教学中仍不过时,反而在高中生英语语言运用能力的提高上有不可估量的作用,尤其是写作阅读能力。但是翻译教学法在高中英语教学中也存在问题,应采取积极措施加以解决。 Translation teaching method is a traditional foreign language teaching method that uses native language to translate foreign language written language.
