转炉渣除具有熔点高、粘度大的特性之外,还具有膨胀性,因此在其用途方面具有局限性。本文阐述了转炉渣直接在高炉使用的可能性,但应与配入的烧结料相配合,以充分利用烧结的脱硫能力来减轻高炉的硫负荷。文中讨论了烧结料加入转炉渣后,对烧结混合料造球及对料层透气性的影响。分析了烧结料层透气性恶化的原因。笔者认为,为改善造球条件,提高料层透气性,应避免或减少转炉渣以粉末状态加入烧结配料中,建议采用10~0粒级转炉渣作为烧结配料,这样不仅可以改善料层透气性,提高烧结产量,而且还可以简化破碎工艺过程及降低能耗。
In addition to having high melting point and high viscosity, converter slag also has expansibility, so it has limitations in its use. This article describes the possibility of converter slag being used directly in the blast furnace, but it should be matched with the charged sintering material to take full advantage of the sintering desulfurization capacity to reduce the sulfur load of the blast furnace. In this paper, the effect of adding sintering material to converter slag on the balling of sintering mixture and the permeability of material layer is discussed. The reason why the permeability of the sintering material layer is deteriorated is analyzed. In my opinion, in order to improve the conditions of pelletizing and improve the permeability of the material layer, converter slag should be avoided or reduced in the state of powder added to the sintering ingredients. It is recommended to use 10 ~ 0 grain-size converter slag as the sintering ingredient, which not only can improve the permeability of the material layer , Improve the sintering yield, but also can simplify the crushing process and reduce energy consumption.
