先进布局飞机的操纵舵面具有数量多,功能复杂且耦合的特点,为一典型过驱动冗余系统.针对该问题,首先提出了冗余操纵面控制分配与管理的概念和系统结构,然后基于一种新型受限控制分配方法——基排序控制分配方法,通过对分配过程物理含义的解析,给出了控制分配的优化目标、候选操纵舵面、限制条件和工程经验的综合管理方法,提高了控制系统对飞行状态、任务和故障的适应性.以某新型飞翼式布局飞机为对象进行了数字仿真和对比分析,结果表明:相对传统控制分配,本系统分配过程可灵活调整,分配结果更加合理,可保证飞机更安全、高效的完成飞行任务.
