弗兰克.麦考特的《教书匠》是在个人叙事基础上创作的一部为教师而写的自传。本文通过分析作品中的多重取位,说明这本大获成功的自传如何利用作者自己的生平叙事重构教师身份,同时分析叙事和身份之间的联系。麦考特的叙述成功建构了自己的和群体的教书匠形象——观察细致入微、对学生爱恨交加、注重创新教学;他塑造的既是普通的教师群像,又是有着独特的经历和见解的“这一个”。可以说,他对自我的更好理解是通过为教师代言而实现的。
Frank McCourt’s The Bookmaker is an autobiography written for teachers based on personal narratives. By analyzing the multiple positions in the works, this article shows how this successful autobiography can reconstruct the teacher’s identity by using the writer’s own life narration, and at the same time analyze the connection between narration and identity. McCourt’s account of the successful construction of their own and groups of bookmakers image - nuanced view of the students love and hate, pay attention to innovative teaching; he is shaping both the ordinary teacher group, but also has a unique experience and insights “this one”. It can be said that his better understanding of self is achieved through endorsement of teachers.
