很多人都会问我这样一个问题:中国企业现在的生存环境,和我当年创业时的环境相比,哪个更困难一些?其实,这两者有着很大的不同。当年跟我同台领奖的很多人,现在已经销声匿迹了。经历了那样一个大浪淘沙的年代,我深深感受到新旧制度的强烈碰撞,以及中国的改革所释放出来的巨大能量。联想在20世纪80年代创办。对我来说,业务上的困难都不算真正的困难,最难的是,怎么适应环境,怎么让企业活下去。 Many people will ask me such a question: What is more difficult for Chinese enterprises to survive now than in the environment when they started their businesses? In fact, the two are very different. Many people who got the prize on the same stage with me that year have now disappeared. Having experienced that era of ebb and flow, I deeply feel the violent collision of old and new systems and the tremendous energy released by China’s reform. Lenovo was founded in the 1980s. For me, the business difficulties are not really difficult, the most difficult is how to adapt to the environment, how to make the enterprise survive.
