合作学习是一种富有创意和实效的教学理论与策略,它在改善课堂内的社会心理气氛,大面积提高学生的学业成绩,促进学生形成良好的非认知品质等方面实效显著,是当代主流教学理论与策略之一。合作学习有主体性、合作性、独立性、创造性等特点,是认知发展理论的实际运用。合作学习以学习小组为基本组织形式,以小组合作活动为主体,以团体成绩为基本评价依据。在合作学习中,教师的关注焦点要从如何指挥学习者服从教师的管理、完成教师的要求,转变为如何保持合作学习的正常进行,如何恰当地处理解决学习者之间的意见冲突,以及如何调整学习者之间依靠关系等问题上。
