Establishing a socialist outlook on development based on Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s overt understanding and analysis of the times and national conditions beyond our predecessors is an important part of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s concept of socialist development inherits, corrects and sublimes Comrade Mao Zedong’s view of socialism, profoundly reflects the current situation and the national conditions of China, and forms a brand-new and relatively complete theoretical system for the development of socialism in China.
