目的了解梅县人群弓形虫感染情况,为预防控制提供科学依据。方法选择重点人群,采用ELISA进行弓形虫抗体IgM、IgG检测。结果共调查504人,人群弓形虫抗体阳性率10.12%,其中IgM阳性率4.56%,IgG阳性率5.56%。男性阳性率11.50%,女性阳性率9.21%,两者间无显著性差异。屠宰员阳性率26.67%;婚前妇女、孕妇、妇科病人阳性率10.23%;招工体检人员阳性率7.77%;医护人员阳性率5.88%。养猫、狗等宠物的人群阳性率16.33%,不养者阳性率8.62%,两者间有显著差异。结论梅县存在人类弓形虫感染,阳性率高于全国平均阳性率水平。以屠宰员阳性率最高,其次为婚前妇女、孕妇和妇科病人。养猫、狗等宠物的人群阳性率明显高于不养者。应加强弓形虫病防治知识的宣传,并引起有关部门的重视。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii in Meixian population and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods Select the key population, using ELISA for Toxoplasma gondii antibody IgM, IgG detection. Results A total of 504 people were surveyed. The positive rate of T. gondii antibody in the population was 10.12%, of which the positive rate of IgM was 4.56% and the positive rate of IgG was 5.56%. The positive rate of male was 11.50%, the positive rate of female was 9.21%. There was no significant difference between them. The positive rate of slaughterers was 26.67%. The positive rate of premarital women, pregnant women and gynecological patients was 10.23%. The positive rate of medical workers recruited was 7.77%. The positive rate of medical staff was 5.88%. Cats, dogs and other pet populations positive rate of 16.33%, non-adoptive positive rate of 8.62%, a significant difference between the two. Conclusion Toxoplasma gondii infection is present in Meixian County, with a positive rate higher than the national average. The highest positive rate of slaughter workers, followed by premarital women, pregnant women and gynecological patients. Cats, dogs and other pets the positive rate was significantly higher than those who do not support. Should strengthen the prevention and treatment of toxoplasmosis publicity, and caused the attention of relevant departments.
