酸洗低碳铝镇静SPHC钢板易出现横折缺陷,严重影响产品的成材率。对横折缺陷的机理和影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,酸洗SPHC板自身材料存在屈服平台是产生横折的内因,而开卷过程应力分布不均是其外因。适当提高碳含量以及降低卷取温度、严格控制酸洗工序的开卷温度、采取防皱辊控制以及其他机组控制参数的合理匹配,可消除或减轻横折缺陷。
Pickling low carbon aluminum sedation SPHC steel prone to transverse defects, seriously affecting the product yield. The mechanism and influencing factors of transverse defect were studied. The results show that the existence of the yield plateau in the pickled SPHC plate itself is the internal cause of the cross-folding, and the stress distribution in the uncoiling process is the external cause. Appropriate increase of carbon content and reduce the coiling temperature, strict control of the pickling temperature of the pickling process, to take wrinkle roller control and other unit control parameters reasonable match, can eliminate or reduce the transverse fold defects.
