口语表达能力是学生生活和工作的必备素质,而总有一些学生对当众讲话、登台讲话感到畏惧、排斥,宁可不要语文课成绩也不站出来讲话。对此,教师需要想办法、动脑筋,挖掘学生的兴趣点,调动学生的积极性,一点一点地展开工作。1不急不躁,由易到难针对不同起点的学生提出不同的要求。要设立阶段目标,并要注意尺度,让学生“跳一跳就能够得着”。对严重口讷者可分3阶段来进行训练。
