目的:研究玉米须总黄酮对糖尿病高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢、血糖及抗氧化作用的影响。方法:以高酯高糖饲料饲喂成年Wistar大鼠30天后腹腔注射少量链尿佐菌素,继续以高酯高糖饲料饲喂,并分别以100、50 mg/kg剂量的玉米须总黄酮灌胃大鼠40天,考察其对大鼠血脂、血糖、胰岛素水平及抗氧化作用的影响。结果:玉米须总黄酮能明显降低糖尿病高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及空腹血糖浓度,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度,并能明显降低血清和肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,显著增加血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结论:玉米须总黄酮可有效降低糖尿病高脂血症大鼠血糖及血脂水平,提高抗氧化能力。
Objective: To study the effects of total flavonoids of corn silk on blood lipid metabolism, blood glucose and antioxidation in diabetic rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Adult Wistar rats were fed with high-sucrose and high-sucrose diet for 30 days and then intraperitoneally injected with a small amount of streptozotocin and fed with high-ester and high-sucrose diet. The total flavonoids The rats were gavaged for 40 days, and their effects on blood lipids, blood glucose, insulin and antioxidation were investigated. Results: The total flavonoids of corn silkworm could significantly reduce the level of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and fasting blood glucose, (HDL-C) in serum and liver, and significantly decreased MDA content in serum and liver, and significantly increased the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD). Conclusion: The total flavonoids of corn silkworm can effectively reduce the level of blood glucose and blood lipid in diabetic rats with hyperlipidemia and improve the anti-oxidation ability.
