目的通过对辖区各级医疗机构环境卫生及消毒灭菌效果的监测和分析,掌握辖区医疗机构消毒灭菌现状,为预防和控制医院内感染提供科学的依据。方法对2010~2012年辖区各级医疗机构使用中的消毒剂、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境空气、医务人员手、物体表面、紫外线灯及高压灭菌器等项目进行监测和分析。结果各级医疗机构共采样748份,合格666份,合格率89.04%,区级医院和社区服务中心的监测总合格率分别为91.91%和87.39%,两者指标均较2007~2009年有所提高,且两者间差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.62,P>0.05),空气监测合格率分别为88.00%和66.67%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.98,P<0.05)。结论我区各级医疗机构消毒灭菌工作水平均较前几年有所提升,区级医院与社区卫生服务中心消毒卫生状况差异缩小,但区级医院的环境空气质量仍优于社区服务中心。
Objective To monitor and analyze the environmental sanitation and disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions at all levels and to understand the status of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in the area and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods The disinfectants, type I, II and III ambient air, medical staff hands, surface of objects, UV lamp and autoclave were monitored and analyzed in the area of medical institutions at all levels from 2010 to 2012. Results A total of 748 medical institutions were sampled and 666 were qualified, with a pass rate of 89.04%. The overall pass rates of district-level hospitals and community service centers were 91.91% and 87.39% respectively, both of which were higher than those of 2007-2009 (Χ2 = 3.62, P> 0.05). The pass rate of air monitoring was 88.00% and 66.67%, respectively. The difference between the two was statistically significant (χ2 = 3.98, P <0.05) ). Conclusion The levels of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions at all levels in our district have been raised over the previous years, and the differences in disinfection and sanitation status between district-level hospitals and community health service centers have narrowed. However, the ambient air quality in district-level hospitals is still superior to that of community service centers.
