目的优选青紫消斑颗粒中青黛、紫草、丹参的醇提工艺。方法以β,β-二甲基丙烯酰胺阿卡宁转移率为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优选紫草等醇提工艺。采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatogra-phy,HPLC)测定阿卡宁含量,流动相乙腈∶水∶甲酸(70∶30∶0.05),检测波长:275 nm。结果最佳提取工艺为95%乙醇,40℃温浸2次,第1次加10倍量,第2次加8倍量,每次24 h。结论该工艺稳定可行,适用于青紫消斑颗粒的工业化生产。
Objective Qingqing Xiaobai particles indigo, Lithospermum, Salvia alcohol extraction process. Methods The transfer rate of β - β - dimethylacrylamide to actanine was taken as the index, and the orthogonal design of L_9 (3 ~ 4) was used to optimize the alcohol extraction process such as Lithospermum. The content of aconitine was determined by high performance liquid chromatogra-phy (HPLC). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: water: formic acid (70:30:0.05) and the detection wavelength was 275 nm. Results The best extraction process was 95% ethanol, soaking it at 40 ℃ for 2 times, adding the first 10 times, the second 8 times, every 24 hours. Conclusion The process is stable and feasible, suitable for the industrial production of Qing Zi Xiaoban particles.
