《机械制造》1991年第6期刊登的“非整圆圆弧半径快速测量法”一文所介绍的装置,用于快速测量非整圆圆弧半径,的确简便有效,但有一定的局限性。这表现在该装置无论在测量凸或凹形非整圆实物圆弧时,其被测圆弧的轴向上不得连有高于被测圆弧面的部分,以便进行无阻碍测量。但在实际生产中,有时凸、凹形实物非整圆圆弧被测部位的轴向两端往往都连有其它较复杂的且高于被测圆弧面的结构,构成测量阻碍。因此在这种情况下,用该文介绍的方法,在不破坏实物的情况下则无法测出其圆弧半径。而且对于轴向较长且形状复杂的实物,欲测位于中间某一部
The “non-full circle circular arc radius rapid measurement method” published in “Machinery Manufacturing” No. 6, 1991, describes the device for rapid measurement of non-full circular arc radius is indeed simple and effective, but has some limitations. This shows that the device in the measurement of convex or concave non-full circle real arc, the measured arc shall not be axially higher than the measured arc surface of the part, in order to make unobstructed measurements. However, in actual production, sometimes the axial ends of the measured parts of convex and concave real non-full circular arcs are often connected with other structures that are more complicated and higher than the measured arc surface, which constitutes a measurement obstruction. Therefore, in this case, the method described in this paper can not measure the radius of arc without destroying the physical object. And for the axial length and shape of complex objects, to measure in the middle of a certain department
