目的 探讨电离辐射对伤口巨噬细胞 (MΦ)离子通道活动的影响及W1 1 a1 2 对其的作用。方法 采用电生理膜片钳cell attached离子单通道记录方法。结果 与单伤组相比 ,复合伤组伤口MΦ的通道自发性开放的细胞数显著降低 ;以氯离子为载体的阴离子通道及以钾离子为载体的阳离子通道表现为开放概率降低 ;平均开放时间常数缩短 ;平均关闭时间常数延长。W1 1 a1 2 能增加两伤类组伤口MΦ氯、钾离子通道自发开放。结论 电离辐射抑制MΦ膜上离子通道的活动可能是其抑制MΦ功能的一个重要途径。W1 1 a1 2 可减弱电离辐射的这一抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ionizing radiation on the activity of ion channels in wound macrophages (MΦ) and the effect of W1 1 a1 2 on it. Methods Electrophysiological patch clamp cell attached ion single channel recording method was used. Results Compared with the single injury group, the number of spontaneous opening of MΦ channels in the wounds of the wounds was significantly decreased. The anion channels with chloride ions and the cation channels with potassium ions showed a decrease in open probability. The average open time Shorten the constant; the average off time constant is extended. W1 1 a1 2 can increase the two groups of injury wound MΦ chloride and potassium channels spontaneous opening. Conclusion Ionizing radiation inhibits the activity of ion channels on MΦ membrane may be one of the important ways to inhibit MΦ function. W1 1 a1 2 attenuates this inhibitory effect of ionizing radiation.
