物业管理收费,一个物业管理企业欲说还休、欲罢不能的话题。从历史的角度看,自从市场诞生的那一天起,市场就由买方、卖方、监督管理者三方组成,三者之间博弈的最理想结果是三方共赢,可在当前的中国物业管理市场,由于特殊的原因,物业管理收费难一直是困扰物业管理行业健康发展的一道门槛。为此,我们邀请了一些行业资深人士,希冀能对这个“病症”把脉会诊,开出药方;其实我们也深知,这个世界上并没有灵丹妙药能包治百病,关键是对症下药。即便如此,在资深人士“会诊”的过程中,我们依然发现,只要物业管理企业放宽了眼界,把持着理性,牵引着真诚,就一定能跨越物业管理收费难这道坎。
