观察5Gy~(60)Coγ线急性照射和不同剂量的CTX对小鼠红系祖细胞(cFu-E)的损伤特点,发现5Gy照射后cFu-E的损伤程度轻于cFu-GM,恢复时间也较早,Hb和RBC的变化趋势亦与其一致。实验所用药物剂量范围内,CTX组的cFu-E的损仿程度轻于照射组,但损伤持续时间长,恢复较慢,未见到剂量与cFu-E效应的负相关;而cFu-GM恢复却早于照射组。提示放射与CTX对骨髓粒、红系造血的损伤程度和机制可能不太一样。
Observe the damage characteristics of mouse erythroid progenitor cells (cFu-E) after acute irradiation with 5Gy~(60)Co γ line and different doses of CTX, and found that cFu-E is more lightly damaged than cFu-GM after 5Gy irradiation, and the recovery time is also Earlier, the trend of changes in Hb and RBC was also consistent with it. Within the dose range of the drug used in the experiment, cFu-E in the CTX group was less damaged than the irradiation group, but the damage lasted for a long time and recovered slowly. No negative correlation was found between the dose and the cFu-E effect. The cFu-GM recovery was not seen. However, it was earlier than the irradiation group. It is suggested that the degree and mechanism of damage to bone marrow and erythroid hematopoiesis by radiation and CTX may not be the same.
