[目的]探讨海岛公共卫生事件的发生情况和特点,为预警和制定预防海岛突发公共卫生事件策略提供依据。[方法]系统地、有计划地对海岛各种公共卫生事件的发生、流行特征、变化趋势和相关危险因素进行监测,并对监测结果分析。[结果]2008年1月~2009年12月我院接到报告的突发公共卫生事件14起,事件涉及341人,发病138人,无死亡病例。较大事件2起,一般性事件11起,未分级1起,无重大事件和特别重大事件发生。在所有事件中传染病相关事件8起,占57.14%,涉及182人,发病69人,死亡3例;食物中毒事件4起,占28.57%,涉及127人,发病51人,无死亡病例;其他事件2起,占14.29%,涉及32人,发病18例,无死亡病例。全人群均有发病,无明显的职业特征,城市发病为主,各月均有突发公共卫生事件报告。传染病事件以呼吸道传染病为主;其他为食物中毒4起、群体不明原因疾病2起。传染病事件发生病种主要为肠道传染病3起,手足口病3起,急性出血性结膜炎2起。[结论]海岛公共卫生突发事件应结合海岛人群分布、时间分布和地区分布等特点进行监测和预防。
[Objective] To investigate the occurrence and characteristics of island public health incidents and provide the basis for early warning and the strategy of preventing island public health incidents. [Methods] The occurrence, epidemic characteristics, changing trends and related risk factors of various public health incidents in the island were systematically and systematically monitored, and the monitoring results were analyzed. [Results] From January 2008 to December 2009, there were 14 public health emergencies reported in our hospital, involving 341 cases and 138 cases with no deaths. 2 major incidents, 11 general incidents, 1 non-graded incident, no major incidents and special incidents. Among all the incidents, 8 were infectious disease-related incidents, accounting for 57.14%, involving 182 persons, with 69 incidents and 3 deaths; 4 were food poisoning incidents, accounting for 28.57%, involving 127 persons, with a disease incidence of 51 and no deaths; others Incident 2, accounting for 14.29%, involving 32 people, the incidence of 18 cases, no deaths. The whole population has morbidity, no obvious occupational characteristics, the main city disease, there is a report of public health emergencies every month. Infectious diseases are mainly respiratory infectious diseases; others are food poisoning 4 cases and groups with unknown causes 2 cases. The main infectious diseases occurred in 3 cases of intestinal infectious diseases, hand-foot-mouth disease 3, 2 cases of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis. [Conclusion] Island public health emergencies should be monitored and prevented according to the distribution of island population, time distribution and regional distribution.
