目的:建立复方红豆杉胶囊所含甘草中甘草苷和甘草酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Welchrom C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0ml/min;检测波长237nm。结果:甘草苷对照品在0.02121964μg~0.2121964μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,甘草苷的回归方程为Y=1.9756×106X-2.358×103,相关系数:r=0.9997;甘草酸铵在0.188062μg~1.88062μg范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,甘草酸铵的回归方程为Y=6.32385×105X-1.9815×104,相关系数:r=0.9998;甘草苷和甘草酸铵的加样回收率分别为97.96%和97.92%,RSD%分别为0.97%和0.73%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于检测复方红豆杉胶囊所含甘草中甘草苷和甘草酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the contents of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid in licorice contained in compound yew capsules. METHODS: The column was Welchrom C18 (200mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The volume flow rate was 1.0ml / min. The detection wavelength was 237nm. Results: The calibration curve of glycyrrhizin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.02121964μg ~ 0.2121964μg. The regression equation of glycyrrhizin was Y = 1.9756 × 106X-2.358 × 103, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997. 0.188062μg ~ 1.88062μg range with the peak area of a good linear relationship, glycyrrhizinate regression equation Y = 6.32385 × 105X-1.9815 × 104, correlation coefficient: r = 0.9998; liquefaction glycosides and ammonium glycyrrhizinate sample recovery The rates were 97.96% and 97.92% respectively, with RSD% of 0.97% and 0.73% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin in licorice contained in the compound Chinese yew.
