探讨了采用分光光度法、以硫代米氏酮作为显色剂、十六烷基溴化铵作增溶剂,测定水相中铊(Ⅲ)的最佳条件。从最大吸收波长的确定、最佳酸度的选择、显色剂、增溶剂加入量、配合物的稳定性、配位比和工作曲线等几个方面进行了探讨,证明该方法具有一定的应用价值。
The optimum conditions for the determination of thallium (Ⅲ) in aqueous solution by spectrophotometry, using thiomormone as chromogenic reagent and cetylammonium bromide as solubilizer were discussed. The methods of determination of maximum absorption wavelength, selection of optimal acidity, amount of developer, addition amount of solubilizer, stability of complex, coordination ratio and working curve are discussed. The results show that the method has certain application value .
