目的探讨跨理论模型指导的健康教育对高原官兵防晒行为的影响。方法将驻地海拔为4 200 m、由我院提供卫勤保障的208例患有日光性皮炎的基层官兵,随机分为试验组和对照组各104例,试验组进行跨理论模型指导的防晒健康教育,对照组按照《军队健康教育大纲》规定的内容进行防晒健康教育。干预前后比较两组的防晒行为调查问卷得分、防晒用品使用行为改变阶段和皮肤病生活质量指标得分。结果试验组防晒行为调查问卷总分高于对照组(P<0.05),防晒用品使用行为阶段改变优于对照组(P<0.05),皮肤病生活质量指标得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跨理论模型指导的健康教育可促进高原基层官兵防晒行为的改变,是一种行之有效的健康教育方法。
Objective To explore the effect of cross-theoretical model-guided health education on sunscreen behaviors of officers and soldiers in plateau. Methods A total of 208 grass-roots officers and soldiers with solar dermatitis at the station elevation of 4 200 m were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into experimental group (104 cases) and control group (104 cases) Education and control groups conducted sunscreen health education according to the provisions of the “Outline of Army Health Education”. Before and after intervention, the scores of sunscreen questionnaire, sunscreen use behavior change phase and dermatological quality of life index were compared. Results The sunscreen behavior questionnaire of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the use of sunscreens was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of skin quality of life index were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusions Health education guided by inter-theoretical model can promote the change of sunscreen behavior of officers and soldiers at the grassroots level, which is an effective method of health education.
