针对我国部分农村学校音乐信息闭塞、整体文化相对落后、资源匮乏、音乐师资力量相对缺乏等现状,从摸清当前实际情况、合理安排学习时间、科学安排学习内容等几个方面,对农村学校音乐兴趣小组开展情况进行研究。
