目的 研究分析慢性胃溃疡患者的临床护理中应用个性化饮食护理的应用效果。方法 将本院收治的180例慢性胃溃疡患者纳入研究对象,时间为2018年8月至2019年8月,按照数字随机分组法分为研究组与对照组,每组各90例。给予对照组患者常规护理,主要包括评估病情、健康教育、药物护理、沟通护理和运动方案;研究组患者在常规护理的基础上开展个性化饮食护理,主要包括制订饮食计划、个性化的饮食健康教育等,对比两组患者的护理满意度、各项症状缓解时间、生活质量评分。结果 研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(95.55%vs.“,”Objective To study and analyze the application effect of personalized diet nursing in clinical nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 180 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the numerical method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,including assessment,health education,medication care,communication care and exercise programs.Patients in the study group carried out personalized diet nursing on the basis of routine nursing,mainly including the development of diet plan,personalized diet health education,etc.,and compared the nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups,the remission time of each symptom,quality of life score.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 95.55%,and that in the control group was 80.00%,P<0.05.The remission time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized dietary nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer has significant clinical value,which can significantly shorten the remission time of patients\'various clinical symptoms,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and is worthy of further clinical application.
