利用有限差分数值处理方法,研究了QSn6.5-0.1锡磷青铜水平连铸过程中,板坯液芯长度与水冷强度的关系,同时利用元胞自动机方法(CA)模拟了在水冷强度为2500W/(m2.K)下锡磷青铜板坯横截面组织的形成过程。研究发现,利用元胞自动机方法可以很好地预测水平连铸过程中晶粒组织的形成过程。
The finite difference numerical method was used to study the relationship between the length of slab liquid core and the water-cooling strength during continuous casting of QSn6.5-0.1 tin-phosphor bronze.
