我国有着丰富的历史档案资源,但档案的数字化、网络化应用有限。随着经济的发展,迫切要求我们综合运用各种数字技术,在研究市场运作机制的基础上,对历史档案进行网络化开发,实现资源共享的最大化。
Our country has a wealth of historical archives resources, but digital archives, limited network applications. With the economic development, we urgently require us to comprehensively use various digital technologies and network development of historical archives to maximize the sharing of resources on the basis of studying the market operation mechanism.
