以三乙醇胺、硼酸和硫酸锌为原料,添加助剂A,制备高浓度水溶性有机硼锌肥。实验结果制备有机硼锌肥较适宜的工艺条件为:温度130℃,转速500 r/min,反应时间3 h,n(助剂A)/n(硫酸锌)=2,n(硼酸)/n(三乙醇胺)=2。所制得的有机硼锌肥中硼锌总质量浓度大于140 g/L,黏度550~650 mPa.s,有机质质量浓度大于350 g/L,溶解度大于70 g/L。
