目的探讨广西地区锑及其化合物生产企业非直接接触人群尿锑水平。方法选择广西地区一家锑白粉(Sb_2O_3)加工厂和一家锑矿冶炼厂的办公室行政人员共33名作为调查对象,采集并检测空气样品和生物样品(尿样),对检测结果进行统计分析。结果调查对象接触较低浓度的空气锑及其化合物,其班前与班末尿锑含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),尿锑含量在年龄、性别方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),班前尿锑含量为6.1~28.4μg/L,均值为14.8μg/L,95%上限值为26.6μg/L。结论广西地区非直接接触锑及其化合物人群的尿锑正常参考值不高于26.6μg/L。
Objective To investigate the urinary antimony levels in non-direct contact with antimony and its compound production enterprises in Guangxi. Methods A total of 33 office workers from an antimony white powder (Sb_2O_3) processing plant and an antimony ore smelter in Guangxi area were selected as the research objects. Air samples and biological samples (urine samples) were collected and analyzed, and the test results were statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the contents of antimony and its compounds in the air between low and high concentrations of antimony and its compounds (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in age and sex of urine antimony among the respondents P> 0.05). Urinary antimony content in class was 6.1 ~ 28.4μg / L with a mean of 14.8μg / L and a 95% upper limit of 26.6μg / L. Conclusions Urine and antimony in non-direct contact with antimony and its compounds in Guangxi is not higher than 26.6μg / L.
