In the computer field, assembly problems include several aspects of the circuit, system and internal connections. The purpose of assembly is to assemble the electronic circuit into a realistic and maintainable system. The current pressing demands for miniaturization, high speed, high assembly density, high performance and low cost make the assembly design task even more burdensome. In modern computers, for the best performance, electronic engineers undertaking circuit physics, circuit assembly design, must conduct detailed audits of the level of internal connections, the manufacturing process of printed circuits, and the design of mechanical structures. The authors' experience suggests that the interconnection problem is one of the most serious assembly problems, both from an electrical and mechanical point of view.
