上海市静安区教育学院附属学校在师资和学生学业基础基本稳定的情况下,以历年学生学业成绩的变化范围区间为依据建立了教学“常模带”。在教学管理过程中,教学“常模带”引导教师形成了科学的教学质量观,改变了教师过度关注学生学业成绩的现象,更及时地发现和推广了部分教师的优秀教学经验,有效促进了教师的专业提升,从而促进了学生的全面发展。
