氩绿激光封闭黄斑裂孔

目的 分析总结氩离子激光治疗黄斑裂孔的疗效。方法 采用氩绿激光治疗 36例 36眼黄斑裂孔 ,其中 13眼为玻璃体切割气液交换术后的补充光凝 ;治疗后观察裂孔封闭情况及比较光凝前后的视力变化。结果 经 1次或多次光凝有 33例裂孔封闭 ,治愈率为 91.7% ,其中 1次光凝治愈率为6 9.4% ,激光治疗前后视力无显著差异。结论 氩绿激光治疗黄斑裂孔疗效确切 ,对视功能的损害较轻。 Objective To summarize the curative effect of argon ion laser on macular hole. Methods 36 cases of 36 macular holes were treated with argon-green laser. Among them, 13 eyes were treated with vitrectomy for photocoagulation after gas-liquid exchange. After treatment, the occlusion was observed and the visual acuity was compared before and after photocoagulation. Results After one or more photocoagulation, 33 cases were blocked with holes, the cure rate was 91.7%. The cure rate of primary photocoagulation was 6 9.4%. There was no significant difference in visual acuity before and after laser treatment. Conclusion Argon laser treatment of macular hole exact effect on the visual function of the lesser damage.
