用Sm2Fe17制备纳米粒子及磁性研究

采用直流电弧等离子体法在甲烷(CH4)、氢氩、氨气、氨氮气氛下制备了钐铁合金的多种纳米粉.在甲烷气氛下没有钐或铁的氧化物生成,但生成Fe3C;在氢氩和氨氮气氛下,有钐的氧化物.在纯甲烷气氛下制备的样品矫顽力最大,在氨氮气氛下样品的饱和磁化强度和剩余磁化强度最高,而且矫顽力中等.分析了氨氮气氛下样品高温结晶前后结构和磁学性质的异同,发现再结晶过程中样品被氧化了,磁学性能急剧下降.
