目的:比较和分析急性牙髓炎和牙齿开髓刺激对三叉神经节中PPTAmRNA、β-CGRPmRNA的影响。方法:利用斑点杂交分析方法。结果:开髓1h后两种mRNA表达增高,2h持续增高,4h仍维持较高水平。炎症2h组两种mRNA均有高表达,4h组mRNA含量高于2h组。任何一组的CGRPmRNA杂交信号强于PPTAmRNA杂交信号。结论:两种刺激均增加三叉神经节中P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的合成
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the effects of acute pulpitis and open pulp stimulation on PPTA mRNA and β-CGRP mRNA in the trigeminal ganglion. Methods: Dot blot hybridization was used. Results: After 1h of opening, the mRNA expression of the two kinds of mRNA increased, increased continuously at 2h and maintained at a higher level at 4h. Inflammation 2h group of two mRNA were highly expressed, 4h group mRNA content was higher than 2h group. The CGRP mRNA hybridization signal of any group is stronger than the PPTA mRNA hybridization signal. CONCLUSION: Both stimuli increased the synthesis of substance P (SP) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in the trigeminal ganglion
