组织生活在根本上具有价值性质,对组织生活的管理是一种价值实践过程。价值冲突的产生具有必然性,它内在于各种价值相互作用的整体运动的过程之中。管理价值冲突的原则是一种正义原则,针对的是不同主体之间的实质关系。正义地管理组织生活的各种价值冲突,是管理的一个重要任务。所有的价值冲突都存在着对组织整体发展的一般关系,都涉及所有价值主体的共同本质要求,因而存在着管理所有价值冲突的普遍正义原则。价值冲突的性质类型不尽相同,这决定了管理它们的具体正义原则也不相同。
Organizational life is fundamentally valuable and the management of organizational life is a value practice. The emergence of value conflict is inevitable, and it is inherent in the whole process of the interaction of various values. The principle of managing conflicts of values is a principle of justice that addresses the substantive relations among different subjects. It is an important task of management to manage all kinds of conflicts of values in the organization’s life justicely. All value conflicts have their general relations to the overall development of the organization. They all involve the common essential requirements of all value subjects. Therefore, there is a principle of universal justice that manages all the conflicts of values. The types of conflicts of value vary in their nature, which determines the specific principles of justice governing them.
