应用彩色多谱勒血流成像研究正常人眼部血流动力学

目的 应用彩色多谱勒血流成像 (CDFI)技术研究正常人眼部血流动力学。方法 用美国百胜 40 0 AU全身多谱勒血流图诊断仪 ,测量 6 6例 (132眼 )正常人眼动脉 (OA)、视网膜中央动脉 (CRA)、睫状后动脉 (PCA)的血流参数 ,经统计学处理取得正常值范围 ,并对相关影响因素进行分析。结果  CRA、PCA、OA的收缩峰值速度 (PSV)、舒张末期血流速度 (EDV)及阻力指数 (RI)分别为 :11.48cm· s- 1 ± 4.30 cm· s- 1 ,4.2 1cm· s- 1 ± 1.2 8cm· s- 1 ,0 .6 4± 0 .11;18.72 cm· s- 1 ± 8.35 cm· s- 1 ,7.5 4cm· s- 1 ± 3.74cm· s- 1 ,0 .6 0± 0 .0 6 ;34 .32 cm· s- 1± 7.91cm· s- 1 ,11.31cm· s- 1± 3.13cm· s- 1 ,0 .6 7± 0 .0 5。各血流参数与性别、眼别及正常范围眼压无关 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,OA及 PCA的 PSV与年龄呈负相关 ,CRA的 RI与年龄呈正相关。正常范围内红细胞压积与 PSV、RI呈正相关。结论 应用CDFI可了解眼血流动力学情况 ,为临床一些眼病的诊断和治疗提供依据。 Objective To study the ocular hemodynamics in normal subjects by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods The blood flow of 6 eyes (132 eyes) of normal human ophthalmic artery (OA), central retinal artery (CRA) and posterior ciliary artery (PCA) was measured by using the American Yum 40 0 ​​AU whole body Doppler flowgraphy. Parameters, the normal range of values ​​obtained by statistical processing, and analysis of the relevant factors. Results The peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV) and resistance index (RI) of CRA, PCA and OA were 11.48cm · s-1 ± 4.30cm · s-1 and 4.2cm · s- 1 ± 1.2 8 cm · s -1, 0.664 ± 0.11; 18.72 cm · s -1 ± 8.35 cm · s -1, 7.5 4 cm · s -1 ± 3.74 cm · s -1, 0.660 ± 0 .0 6; 34.32 cm · s-1 ± 7.91 cm · s-1, 11.31 cm · s -1 ± 3.13 cm · s -1, 0.676 ± 0.05. The parameters of blood flow had no relation with IOP, eye and normal intraocular pressure (P> 0.05). The PSV of OA and PCA was negatively correlated with age, while RI of CRA was positively correlated with age. The normal range of hematocrit and PSV, RI was positively correlated. Conclusion CDFI can be used to understand the ocular hemodynamics and provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of some eye diseases.
