目的了解普通喷雾器和气溶胶喷雾器喷雾对野外驻训营地板房内空气的消毒效果,为野外驻训板房内空气消毒方法的选择提供参考。方法采用平板沉降法采样培养方法,对两种类型喷雾器喷雾消毒野外驻训板房内空气的效果进行评价。结果某部野外驻训板房宿舍内空气中细菌总数明显低于GB/T18883-2002《室内空气质量标准》规定的细菌总数≤16 cfu/皿最低限值。在相同条件下,向板房内空气中喷雾浓度为2 000 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒液,普通喷雾器喷雾后作用30 min对空气中细菌降低率达70%~79%,气溶胶喷雾器喷雾后作用30 min对板房内空气中细菌降低率达68%~78%。结论野外驻训板房用常量和超低容量喷雾均能有效杀灭空气中细菌,防疫人员在野战条件下可选择适宜防疫装备进行空气消毒,确保官兵健康。
Objective To know the disinfection effect of common sprayer and aerosol sprayer on the air in the floor of the field training camp, and to provide a reference for the choice of air disinfection method in field training board. Methods The method of slab sedimentation was used to evaluate the effect of spray disinfection on the air in the field training board with two types of sprayers. Results The total number of bacteria in the air in dormitories of a field training station was significantly lower than the minimum total bacterial count of ≤16 cfu / dish as stipulated in the indoor air quality standard of GB / T18883-2002. Under the same conditions, to the indoor air spray plate concentration of 2 000 mg / L of peracetic acid disinfectant, ordinary sprayer spray 30 min after the reduction of bacteria in the air to reduce the rate of 70% to 79%, aerosol sprayer spray After 30 min on the board room bacteria in the air to reduce the rate of 68% to 78%. Conclusion Resident boarding room with constant and ultra-low volume spray can effectively kill bacteria in the air, and the epidemic prevention staff can choose appropriate epidemic prevention equipment for air disinfection under field conditions to ensure the health of officers and men.
