目的了解合肥市18~25岁人群流脑免疫水平,评价A+C流脑疫苗接种效果,为合理制定流脑A+C疫苗接种方案提供依据。方法分别抽取18~25岁接种过和未接种过流脑疫苗学生的静脉血,检测流脑A群和C群IgG抗体并统计分析。结果18~25岁人群A群抗体阳性率41.2%;GMT为1∶78;其中流行区与非流行区分别为1∶72和1∶84;两者GMT经t检验无显著性差异(t值为0.7,P>0.05)。C群抗体阳性率33.3%;GMT为1∶81;其中流行区为1∶135,非流行区为1∶53,两者GMT经t检验有高度显著性差异(t值为4.02,P<0.01)。A+C流脑疫苗接种后抗体阳性率较接种前A群上升了104%,C群上升了160%;A群和C群免疫前后GMT经t检验有高度显著性差异(t值分别为5.8和5.9,P<0.01)。结论18~25岁人群流脑免疫水平达不到保护水平。A+C流脑疫苗免疫效果较好,应当推广接种。
Objective To understand the level of ECM in 18 ~ 25 years old population in Hefei City and evaluate the efficacy of A + C meningitis vaccine in order to provide a basis for the rational formulation of A + C vaccination program. Methods The venous blood of 18-25 year-old students who had been inoculated with or not vaccinated with meningococcal vaccine were collected, and the IgG antibodies of meningococcal group A and group C were detected and statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of antibody A in group A was 41.2%, the GMT was 1:78, and the prevalence and non-endemic area were 1:72 and 1:84, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (t value 0.7, P> 0.05). The positive rate of C group antibody was 33.3%; the GMT was 1:81; the epidemic area was 1:135 and the non-endemic area was 1:53. There was a highly significant difference between the two GMTs by t test (t = 4.02, P <0.01) ). The positive rate of antibody after A + C meningitis vaccination was 104% higher than that before inoculation and 160% in group C, and there was a highly significant difference between before and after immunization with group A and group C (t = 5.8 And 5.9, P <0.01). Conclusion Encephalo-immunological status of 18 ~ 25-year-old population does not reach the level of protection. A + C meningitis vaccine immune effect is better, should promote vaccination.
