以25份不同甜瓜材料为试材,采用苗期喷雾接种法,分析研究了不同甜瓜材料对果斑病的抗性,为甜瓜抗病性育种提供参考。结果表明:筛选出T1、T4、T11等中抗材料8份,中感材料8份,T6、T12、T13等感病材料9份,没有免疫和高抗材料;另外,田间植株表现病害的T12、T13、T20等材料均属于中感或感病级别。T1、T4等抗性较高材料与T6、T12等感病材料抗病指数有明显的差异。
Twenty - five different melon cultivars were used as experimental material to study the resistance of melon to fruit skin spot by using the seedling spray inoculation method, which provided references for disease - resistant breeding of melon. The results showed that there were 8 resistant materials such as T1, T4 and T11, 8 susceptible materials, 9 susceptible materials such as T6, T12 and T13, which were not immunized and highly resistant. In addition, T12 , T13, T20 and other materials are in the sense or susceptible level. T1, T4 and other materials with higher resistance and T6, T12 and other susceptible materials significantly different disease resistance index.
