针对钢制球形压力容器用 1 6MnR钢在 -3 0°C的低温韧性不能达到GB1 50— 1 998《钢制压力容器》标准要求的问题 ,对 1 8、 3 6和 4 0mm的 3种厚度球形压力容器用 1 6MnR钢板做了系列低温断裂韧性测试 ,测试结果表明 ,由断裂韧性测得的韧脆转变温度远低于由夏比冲击韧性测得的韧脆转变温度。对厚度为 3 6mm钢板制成的球形压力容器按 -3 0℃设计温度进行安全性评定 ,研究结果表明 ,埋藏缺陷的等效裂纹尺寸小于允许裂纹尺寸 ,容器有很大的缺陷容限 ;3种厚度的1 6MnR钢制球形压力容器可在西北某石油化工厂所在地区室外环境温度下安全使用。
