党内民主生活会是我们党经常进行“体检”,不断增强“体质”,始终保持活力的一项有效的组织生活制度。召开此会的出发点和落脚点就是主要通过开展批评与自我批评,不断规范和统一大家的思想与行动,达到改正缺点促进工作的目的。然而由于种种原因,这些年此项制度在个别单位却渐渐走了样儿、变了味儿。民主生活会几乎成了工作总结会,甚至成了评功摆好会,即便是相互开展批评,不是“隔靴搔痒”挠一下,就是“旁 Inner-party democratic life will be an effective organizational life system that our party carries out on a regular basis for “physical examination,” continuously enhancing its “constitution” and always maintaining its vitality.
