于2012-2013年对Gm GBP1过表达烟草植株的研究结果表明该基因在黑暗下促进植株的黄化,抑制子叶的展开、促进下胚轴的伸长。并且,Gm GBP1启动子启动GUS在转基因拟南芥中表达,GUS染色结果表明大豆Gm GBP1启动子表达受黑暗强烈诱导,综上所述,该基因可能参与大豆暗形态建成过程。
The results of the study on Gm GBP1 overexpression tobacco plants from 2012 to 2013 showed that the gene promoted yellowing of plants in the dark, inhibited the development of cotyledons and promoted the hypocotyl elongation. Moreover, the Gm GBP1 promoter initiated GUS expression in transgenic Arabidopsis. GUS staining showed that the Gm GBP1 promoter expression was strongly induced by darkness. As mentioned above, the gene may be involved in the dark morphogenesis of soybean.
