基于所构建的林业综合竞争力评价指标体系,运用基于面板数据的投影寻踪分类模型对中国31个省(直辖市、自治区)2000~2013年的林业综合竞争力水平进行统计测度。结果显示,中国省域林业综合竞争力水平呈现出较大差异,且区域分布极不均匀,呈片状跳跃分布,整体呈现出“东部高端与低洼并存、中部集中分布、西部相对较弱”的格局。同时采用Spearman等级相关系数法将其结果与改进的熵值法所求结果进行对比,发现2种方法结果具有一致性,但投影寻踪模型结果更科学合理,更加适合林业综合竞争力的统计测评,从而为中国省域林业综合竞争力统计测度提供了新的方法和研究思路。
Based on the index system of comprehensive competitiveness evaluation of forestry, the paper uses the projection pursuit classification model based on panel data to make a statistical measurement of the comprehensive forestry competitiveness of China’s 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) from 2000 to 2013. The results show that the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s provincial forestry shows a big difference, and the regional distribution is extremely uneven, sheet-like jump distribution, showing the overall “coexistence of high-end and low eastern, centralized distribution in the central, relatively weaker in the west ”Pattern. Spearman rank correlation coefficient method is also used to compare the result with the result of the improved entropy method. The result of two methods is consistent, but the result of projection pursuit model is more scientific and reasonable, which is more suitable for statistical evaluation of comprehensive competitiveness of forestry , Which provides a new method and research idea for the statistical measurement of China’s provincial forestry comprehensive competitiveness.
