从忍冬科接骨木属植物接骨木Sambucuswilliamsii干燥茎枝乙醇提取物的石油醚和氯仿部分中分得6个单体化合物。通过化学方法和波谱分析鉴定其结构分别为:棕榈酸蛇麻脂醇酯(Ⅰ)、熊果酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、α-香树脂醇(Ⅳ)、三十烷酸(Ⅴ)和β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷。以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Six monomeric compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and chloroform fractions of the dry stem ethanol extract of Sambucus williamsii from the family Sambucus nigra. The structures identified by chemical analysis and spectral analysis were as follows: palmitic acid ephedrine ester (I), ursolic acid (II), β-sitosterol (III), α-aromatic alcohol (IV), and triacontane. Acid (V) and β-sitosterol-β-D-glucoside. The above compounds were all isolated from the plant for the first time.
