目的:合成5-(N-甲基乙酰氨基)-N-甲基-N-(2-羟基乙基)-N’-(2,3-二羟基正丙基)-2,4,6-三碘-1,3-间苯二甲酰胺(STL-02)。方法:以3-氨基-5-(2,3-二羟基正丙胺基甲酰基)-2,4,6-三碘苯甲酸为原料,依次经乙酰化、酰氯化、胺解、酯水解和甲基化等5步反应得到STL-02。结果:STL-02的结构经1H-NMR和MS确证,HPLC归一化法纯度≥98%。结论:STL-02值得进一步进行安全性评价。 AIM: To synthesize 5- (N-methylacetamido) -N-methyl-N- (2-hydroxyethyl) -N’- (2,3- dihydroxy-n-propyl) Triiodo-1,3-isophthalamide (STL-02). Methods: 3-Amino-5- (2,3-dihydroxy-propylamidoyl) -2,4,6-triiodobenzoic acid was used as starting material, followed by acetylation, acid chlorination, amineysis, ester hydrolysis and Methylation and other 5-step reaction STL-02. Results: The structure of STL-02 was confirmed by 1H-NMR and MS. The purity of STL-02 was ≥98% by HPLC normalization. Conclusion: STL-02 deserves further safety evaluation.
