在开孔型橡胶 塑料多孔材料结构与性能的研究中,采用化学与物理方法制备开孔型橡胶 塑料多孔材料,并用冲击试验机、材料试验机和扫描电子显微镜等设备对多孔材料的性能和形态结构进行测试和分析。结果表明:在给定加工条件下,成核剂、发泡剂是影响多孔材料结构形态及机械性能的主要因素。因此,控制发泡过程中成核剂和发泡剂的含量是十分重要的。
In the study of the structure and properties of open-cell rubber-plastic porous materials, porous and perforated rubber-plastic materials were prepared by chemical and physical methods. The properties and morphology of the porous materials were tested by impact testing machine, material testing machine and scanning electron microscope Structure for testing and analysis. The results show that nucleating agent and blowing agent are the main factors affecting the structure and mechanical properties of porous materials under given processing conditions. Therefore, it is important to control the amount of nucleating agent and blowing agent in the foaming process.
