目的:分析注射用血栓通(冻干)的不良反应,提出防治措施,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:结合本医院的7例和检索1979～2009年文献资料中的16例注射用血栓通(冻干)的不良反应案例,进行评介和分析。结果:注射用血栓通(冻干)可致过敏反应,心血管、神经肌肉等系统的不良反应,尤以过敏反应为主。结论:临床应了解注射用血栓通(冻干)所致不良反应的特点和防治措施,合理使用。 Objective: To analyze the adverse reaction of Xueshuantong injection (freeze-dried), to put forward the prevention and cure measures, and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: A total of 16 patients admitted to our hospital from January 1979 to January 2009 were retrospectively analyzed for the adverse reactions of Xueshuantong (lyophilized) injection. Results: Xueshuantong injection (lyophilized) can cause allergic reactions, cardiovascular, neuromuscular system adverse reactions, especially allergic reactions. Conclusion: It is necessary to understand the characteristics and prevention and treatment measures of adverse reactions caused by injection of Xueshuantong (lyophilized) clinically and should be used reasonably.
